Initial Evaluation

Starts with a meet at the business. 

Tree will see if the business is a candidate for the programs. 

(Leadership teams need to be on board and be involved in the learning and processes.)

Proposal

A proposal will be presented to put a spotlight on the themes that need to be addressed in the learnings of change needed to have successful change within the corporation.
Most programs are anywhere from 3 to 6 months. Maintenance programs are available to secure ongoing success
